Hi Dustin and Sasha,

Now that the lighting season is in full swing

I want to remind you that you owe me a lot of money.

Over $ $48,015.02

The money was due at the end of February.

You are very much in default.

before I pull the trigger with my lawyer,  Im taking one more shot at getting you to do the right thing, but this time with leverage.

I’m assuming your reputation means something to you.

I still own and pay for the business website and domain name.

If I don’t hear from you by the end of the weekend, I’m going to change the home page of Renew Holiday Lights website to a message I don’t think you’ll want people to see.

It will start with a neutral message like this, but If that doesn’t move the needle, next week my team will start to be more creative in the messaging.

I still get all the email requests from the website that go to your inbox.  I will also shut down the web requests as well.

If all that doesn’t do anything, I will start emailing clients and prospects if I need to.

Unfortunately I’ve been in a similar situation before, so I know what a pain it will be to settle this in court.

I really don’t want to deal with lawyers, but if I have to, you will lose. We will go to arbitration, as stated in the contract. you will also owe me my lawyers fees. I have a lawyer, but have held off on moving this forward, because it will take a lot of time and energy for both of us and our families.

I have been extremely patient. At the end of last season I gave you all the numbers, reports, and receipts of the money YOU spent. I then gave that information 2 more times when you couldn’t find it. You can see that the math doesn’t lie. My numbers are correct.

If you want to keep your public reputation intact, you need to pay me the money that you owe me.  You have forced my hand.

Don’t dismiss my kindness up until now for weakness. I do what I have to do when I run out of patience.

 I’m done with kindness.

This is your last opportunity to settle this matter quietly.
